近日，有网友发视频吐槽 ，来西安报了2000元4天3晚的旅游团，结果被“关”在一个商户大厅，不购物不让走。
10月19日据荔枝新闻报道，游客薛女士称导游将旅行团带到商店后，每个家庭都有一两个导购跟随，转到哪就跟到哪。事发后，旅游和公安相关工作人员已前往现场进行调查。
大秦国玉销售商店负责人表示，大部分旅行团都会在他们这里用午餐，他们会给每位游客发放一张就餐卡，刷卡可以通过闸机进入餐厅。当时是没到就餐时间，所以造成游客停留在大厅，不存在不购物不让走的情况。
该负责人表示：“也不知道是客人不知道这个情况，还是说是客人自己的习惯，导致没有刷卡进入餐厅。”
西安招商国际旅行社西门分公司负责人表示，合同上写着，旅游过程中如有购物店无强制购物，但在购物店有一定的时间要求。该负责人表示，按照规定在购物店待的时间不超过90分钟。
目前，在执法人员要求下，大秦国玉销售商店内通往餐厅的闸机被拆除。西安市文旅局已对此事立案调查，防止类似事情再次发生。
